Rev. Dr. John C. Wright, Jr.

Rev. Dr. John C. Wright, Jr., is married to Yinoris Nadina Wright and has three sons and two beautiful daughters. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kent College, a Master's Degree and a Doctorate of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology, and is the author of the book titled "A Non Negotiable Salvation".

Rev. Dr. John C. Wright is the Founder and President of Williamsburg Theological Seminary, a Satellite Extension of North Carolina Theological Seminary. Rev. Dr. Wright has more than 40 years experience in church leadership and pastoring. He is currently the Pastor-Elect of Immanuel Baptist Church in Saluda, VA.

We support the Pastor in preaching the Word of God, visiting the sick and shut-in, leading ecumenical functions in the church, as required. Ready to serve the church in other selected roles, as needed.

Our purpose is to glorify God by serving His body through caring for the operational aspects of the church so that the Elders may devote themselves to prayer and the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:1-7; 1 Timothy 3:8-13).

Our purpose is to serve the spiritual needs of the church and support the Deacons, as needed. We strive to function as loving servants of Christ, promoting servant leadership  within the body of the church.

Music is a key part of our worship service that provides the spiritual environment to praise our God. "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God." Colossons 3:16

We shall teach the Word of God through the Holy Spirit and build our church with the blueprint of God's Word. "Teach me knowledge and good judgment, for I trust your commands." Psalm 119:66
